I took this photo while walking around Ellis Island. I used rule of thirds to make the One World Trade Center stand out. I adjusted the contrast so the buildings will stand out from each other, especially the One World Trade Center.

I took this photo while exploring Washington D.C. I used rule of thirds to be able to focus in on the Capital. I adjusted the brightness and exposure and I also used the spot healing brush to get rid of some security guards.
I took this photo while touring the city of San Francisco. I used rule of thirds and leading lines to be able to focus on the Golden Gate Bridge and to guide the viewers eye on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge (San Francisco). I used exposure to brighten up the image.
I took this photo in the city of Indianapolis. I used leading lines when I took this photo to draw the viewers eye toward the stands in the background. I adjusted the hue and saturation of the grass to make it more green.
I took this photo while exploring the city of Seattle. I used break the rules to be able to focus on and capture the Space Needle while still leaving most of the vegetation around it. I adjusted the hue and saturation to make the leaves and trees more vibrant and I adjusted the exposure to lighten up the image.
